a.s.r. successfully launched new RMBS programme Delphinus 2023-I
Today, ASR Nederland N.V. (a.s.r.) successfully issued €500 million in Residential Mortgage-Backed Security (RMBS) notes through a newly established securitisation programme called Delphinus 2023-I. Delphinus 2023-I represents ASR Levensverzekering N.V.’s newest offering in prime, owner occupied residential mortgage backed securitisation, marking a return of the Delphinus programme with the last securitisation originated in 2006.
With the introduction of the new securitisation programme, ASR Levensverzekering N.V. is enhancing its strategic toolkit. This enhancement serves to bolster its long-term mortgage production ambitions and contributes to a.s.r.’s robust funding profile.
The underlying provisional pool consists of residential mortgage loans that are sold by ASR Levensverzekering N.V. to Delphinus 2023-I B.V. The A notes that are issued under the programme, are rated AAA (sf)/AAA (sf) by Fitch and S&P. They exhibit a weighted average life of 4.9 years and a First Optional Redemption Date (FORD) in September 2029.
a.s.r. has entrusted Rabobank and BNP Paribas with the roles of joint lead managers for this transaction, with Rabobank acting as arranger.
