A majority of the members of FNV Finance, De Unie and CNV Vakmensen agrees to the negotiating result reached. This means that a new CLA has been concluded for a.s.r. Employees of a.s.r. will receive a structural salary increase of 2.25% on 1 March 2021 and a further 2.25% on 1 March 2022. In addition, employees will receive a one-off payment of €300 gross in addition to their salary in February.
In addition to the salary increase and one-off payment, a.s.r., De Unie, CNV vakmensen and FNV Finance have also made the following agreements:
• Agreements on a healthy and safe home office. a.s.r. offers a workplace and vitality check, including workshops and training programmes. It is also possible to borrow resources in order to work at home.
• A home working allowance of €30 net per month in case of full-time employment.
• The possibility of a partially paid sabbatical
• The fixed allowance for travel costs is replaced by the fiscally permitted allowance of €0.19 net per kilometre actually travelled.
• Employees who reach the AOW (state pension) age within three years can retire early.
• Agreements have been reached on the work code signed by a.s.r. and the trade unions in 2019, which strives for equality between flexible and permanent employees.
As soon as the Collective Labour Agreement text has been approved by the parties involved, it will be published.
