Investor Updates

a.s.r.  will host an Investor Update on 30 November 2023 in London. 

One year ago we announced to create a leading insurer in the Netherlands by combining the businesses of Aegon NL and a.s.r. Following the closing of the transaction on 4 July this year we are now almost five months into the process of integrating our businesses, which is expected to be fully completed before year-end 2026.  

Our objective for this Investor Update is to share our initial experience and provide an overview of the integration plan. While the focus is on the operational side of the integration, we will also discuss the quantum and timing of cost synergies and give an update on the implementation of the partial internal model. 

Jos Baeten (CEO), Ingrid de Swart (COO/CTO), Willem van den Berg (COO) and Ewout Hollegien (CFO) will deliver their presentations, and of course, there will be ample time for Q&A (only for analysts and professional investors attending in London).
