HR director Jolanda Sappelli won two prizes at the HRtop100

HR director Jolanda Sappelli has won two prizes at the presentation of the HRtop100 award on Thursday 12 December. She received the most votes from the audience and was therefore awarded the audience prize. In addition, Jolanda received the third prize from the professional jury as well.

The jury praised Jolanda because, according to them, she is a wonderful example of an HR director who knows how to find balance between the soft and hard side. 'A warm, committed woman who has an eye for all groups in the organization and beyond, and who also stands up for everyone. At the same time, she is very clear and businesslike, she sis not afraid to speak up and knows how to achieve results.' The first prize of the professional jury went to Ad van Beek, Head of HR at IJsselland Hospital, the second prize to Paul Peter Feld, CHRO at Enexis. A prize was also awarded to the best HR scientist, Floor Rink, Professor of Organizational Behavior at the University of Groningen.

Jolanda Sappelli: 'This is not an award for me but a recognition for our HR policy at a.s.r.- and the entire HR team. HR will play an increasingly important role in the management of organizations. With all the developments around us in the field of robotization and automation, people will soon become the distinguishing factor.'

The HRtop100 is a platform for HR leaders and was initiated by HR Community and the HR agency Rvdb. On Thursday, December 12, HR directors and managers met to share their views on trends and developments and the awards were presented.
