Share buyback for a.s.r. employee share plan completed
On 22 January 2024, ASR Nederland N.V. (a.s.r.) announced the share buyback programme for the employee share plan for 300,000 shares. The buyback program was completed on 7 February 2024.

During this period, shares were repurchased for a total amount of approximately € 16.8 million, at an average price of € 55.91 per share. The repurchase of own shares falls within the scope of the authorisation granted to the Board of Directors by the General Meeting of Shareholders of a.s.r. on 21 May 2025. An independent broker, appointed by a.s.r., carried out the repurchase.
