Janwillem Fidder new CEO of D&S Holding a.s.r.

Janwillem Fidder and Jaap Eringa have worked closely together in recent years to introduce technological innovations and increase operational efficiency. Jaap has been CEO of D&S Holding since its inception in 2022, shaping and building the organisation.

In addition to Janwillem Fidder as CEO/COO/CTO, the Executive Board consists of Michiel Husslage (CFRO) and Tim Rijvers (CCO). The holding company comprises a.s.r.'s sales and service companies and is designed to develop a central strategy, promote cooperation and realise synergies. These companies will retain their ownentity and organisational structure and operate independently of a.s.r. D&S Holding includes VKG, Nedasco, ANAC, Dutch, Supergarant and PoliService, which together employ around 1,000 people.
