a.s.r. credit ratings upgraded by Standard & Poor’s

Standard & Poor’s (S&P) upgraded the ratings for ASR Nederland N.V. (a.s.r.), its life and non-life insurance entities and the outstanding debt instruments.

S&P attributes the upgrade to a.s.r.’s strong financial risk profile, solid capital position, and robust business risk profile.

This upgrade confirms the positive outlook issued on 12 September 2024 and results in the following revised credit ratings:

The outlook on all ratings is stable. The ratings for the issued debt instruments have also been upgraded.
