ASR Nederland N.V. (a.s.r.) is ending its cooperation with Fides Letselschade, Fides Legal and Trias Legal. a.s.r. has determined that it cannot trust these offices to assist personal injury victims with the necessary expertise and integrity.
The handling of ongoing personal injury claims will be continued by a.s.r. Those involved have been informed by a.s.r. They can contact a.s.r. directly about their personal injury case. They may also choose to engage another representative. a.s.r. assures careful handling of claims.

As of 1 May 2026, Jonathan Koopmans will take up the role of director of Digital & IT at a.s.r. He succeeds Kees Tuijnman, who has held this position since 2017 and will leave a.s.r. on 1 May.
