Progress repurchase of own shares 17-19 July 2019 for employee share plan
ASR Nederland N.V. (a.s.r.) announces the following transactions, executed within the repurchase programme for the purpose of the share option plan for a.s.r.’s own employees and employees of wholly-owned subsidiaries.
The repurchase programme of up to € 12.5 million was announced on 16 July 2019 and will be executed from 17 July 2019 up to and including 22 August 2019. An overview of the transactions in the past week, including the cumulative final total of the repurchase programme, is given below. All repurchased shares are listed on Euronext Amsterdam.
