asr announces redemption of two perpetual capital securities
Today, ASR Nederland N.V. (‘a.s.r.’) announces the redemption of the outstanding € 16,980,083 Fixed Rate Perpetual Capital Securities (ISIN: NL0009213552; Common Code: 043892037) on 30 September 2019 and of the € 192,463,955 Fixed-Floating Rate Perpetual Capital Securities (ISIN: 0009213545; Common Code: 043891944) on 26 October 2019 (together, the “Securities”).

Both Securities will be redeemed in full at their principal amount together with any Outstanding Payments (as defined in the respective Conditions of the Securities) at their first call date in the Autumn this year. The redemptions will be paid from available funds.
