Gisella van Vollenhoven and Gerard van Olphen appointed as members of the supervisory board of a.s.r.
Today, Gisella van Vollenhoven and Gerard van Olphen have been appointed by the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) as members of the Supervisory Board of ASR Nederland N.V. (a.s.r.).
Gisella and Gerard have been appointed for a period which ends at the Annual General Meeting in 2023. The Supervisory Board of a.s.r. from today consist of:
Kick van der Pol (Chair)
Cor van den Bos
Herman Hintzen
Sonja Barendregt
Gisella van Vollenhoven
Gerard van Olphen
At the EGM a total of 71.5% of the total issued share capital entitled to vote was present in person or represented by proxy or voting instructions. The results of the votes for the items on the agenda, will be published on our website.
Finally, Ingrid de Graaf-de Swart introduced herself at the EGM. The Supervisory Board of a.s.r. intends to appoint her as member of the Executive Board of a.s.r. as per 1 December 2019.
