Annemiek van Melick appointed as member of the Executive Board and CFO of a.s.r.
On 12 February the Supervisory Board appointed Annemiek van Melick as member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a.s.r. Annemiek van Melick was appointed after having introduced herself during an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM).

The shareholders represented had the opportunity during the EGM to meet Annemiek van Melick and ask questions, following which the Supervisory Board appointed her for a term ending at the Annual General Meeting to be held in 2023.
Annemiek van Melick succeeds Chris Figee, who joined KPN on 1 February 2020. The Executive Board of a.s.r. now consists of three members:
- Jos Baeten (CEO)
- Annemiek van Melick (CFO)
- Ingrid de Swart
