a.s.r. reports strong results again in 2019

Operating result increased by 14.5%, to € 858 million
The proposed dividend per share increased by 9.2% to € 1.90 in line with the existing dividend policy and ambition to offer a progressive dividend
Solvency II ratio (standard formula) was 194% as at 31 December 2019
Share buyback programme of € 75 million
Based on the new OCC definition, a.s.r. aims for an OCC of more than € 500 million per year in the medium term (2021)
