Joop Wijn appointed as member of the Supervisory Board of a.s.r.
Today, Joop Wijn has been appointed by the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) as member of the Supervisory Board of ASR Nederland N.V. (a.s.r.).
Joop Wijn has been appointed for a period of four years which ends at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in 2024. Joop Wijn is the intended successor to Kick van der Pol, the current Chairman of the Supervisory Board of a.s.r., whose last term of office will expire at the end of the AGM in May 2021. The Supervisory Board of a.s.r. from today consists of:
- Kick van der Pol (chairman)
- Herman Hintzen (vice-chairman)
- Sonja Barendregt
- Gisella van Vollenhoven
- Gerard van Olphen
- Joop Wijn
At the EGM a total of 68.14% of the total issued share capital entitled to vote was represented by proxy or voting instructions. The results of the voting is published on our website.
