Repurchase programme completed on May 4, 2021
ASR Nederland N.V. (a.s.r.) has completed the share buyback program, which was announced on February 18, 2021.
The share buy-back program, for an amount of € 75 million, started on February 19, 2021 and was completed on May 4, 2021. In total there are 2,035,868 ordinary shares of a.s.r. repurchased at an average price of EUR 36.84 per share.
This share repurchase is subject to the authorization of the General Meeting of Shareholders of a.s.r. granted to the Executive Board on May 20, 2020 and carried out within the current a.s.r. repurchase program. Download the Share Buyback Transaction Excel-file for detailed transaction information.
