a.s.r. publishes Annual Report 2025
ASR Nederland N.V. (a.s.r.) publishes its 2025 Annual Report today. In addition to the Annual Report, an update has been published of the climate transition plan introduced last year. The topic of nature has now also been added to that plan.
In the 2025 Annual Report, a.s.r. - as per the previous year - reports in a separate chapter on its efforts and goals in the area of sustainability, in line with the CSRD.
Alongside the Annual Report and the climate and nature transition plan, a.s.r. is also publishing the Solvency and Financial Condition Report (SFCR) for 2025 of ASR Nederland N.V. The documents can be downloaded here. The a.s.r. Annual Report is also available in digital format.

a.s.r. now incorporates nature alongside climate in underwriting and investing
Going forward, a.s.r. will consider not only climate, but also nature and biodiversity in its insurance and investment activities. These factors will play a role in decision-making on underwriting and investment. This is set out in the Climate and Nature Transition Plan published by a.s.r. -

Appointments Management Board and Senior Management
a.s.r. appoints Robert van der Schaaf, the current director P&C at a.s.r., as COO Non-life and member of the Management Board (MB) of a.s.r. As COO Non-life, Robert van der Schaaf will be responsible for Disability, P&C and Health. He will be appointed following the intended appointment of Ingrid de Swart as CEO of a.s.r., after the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 20 May.
