Joop Wijn, chair of the Supervisory Board of a.s.r.: ‘We are pleased to nominate Marco Keim to the shareholders as a member of the Supervisory Board. Marco has many years of experience in the insurance sector and will be a valuable addition to the Supervisory Board. At the same time, we will miss Lard Friese as a member of the Supervisory Board. Lard was always available and made a highly appreciated contribution. We thank him for the pleasant cooperation over the past years and for his valuable contribution to the smooth integration of Aegon Nederland into a.s.r.’
