Over-allotment option a.s.r. partially exercised

Stichting administratiekantoor beheer financiële instellingen (NL Financial Investments, “NLFI” or the “Selling Shareholder”), on behalf of the Dutch State, and ASR Nederland N.V. (“a.s.r.”or the “Company”), today announce that the option to additionally offer approximately 15% of the total number of ordinary shares in a.s.r. sold by NLFI (the “Over-Allotment Option” and the “Offer Shares”) in the initial public offering (the “IPO” or the “Offering”) has been partially exercised.
