Rozan Dekker appointed Director of a.s.r. Group Balance Sheet Management
Rozan Dekker will join a.s.r. on 1 March 2016 in the role of Director of Group Balance Sheet Management. She will also head up the team responsible for preparing for the potential IPO.
Rozan E. Dekker (43) currently works at Delta Lloyd, where she serves as CFO of Delta Lloyd Bank. Earlier in her career, she was responsible for Delta Lloyd’s Investor Relations, among holding other posts.
The position of Director of Group Balance Sheet Management is a new role within a.s.r. With a view to securing the best possible balance sheet management, the current Strategic Balance Sheet Management, Reinsurance and Financial Risk Management & Model Management departments will be brought under the remit of this Director.
Rozan Dekker will report to CFO Chris Figee and take a seat on the CFO Management Team, whose other members are the Directors of Finance & Risk, Group Asset Management, Group Accounting, Reporting & Control and Group Risk Management.

Vitality will be available from 1 January 2025 to all customers with healthcare, income protection or pension insurance of a.s.r. or Loyalis, without paying a separate contribution for this. In this way, a.s.r. hopes to lower the threshold to participate in the programme.
