Stephanie Hottenhuis withdraws as a candidate for the Supervisory Board of ASR Nederland N.V.
Stephanie Hottenhuis (53) withdraws as a candidate for the Supervisory Board of ASR Nederland N.V. She has decided to do so because she intends to accept an executive role elsewhere in the near future and the parties involved wish to prevent any possible risk of conflicting interests.
This means that item 6c of the agenda for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) of ASR Nederland N.V., published on 18 April 2018, and to be held on 31 May of this year, is cancelled. All documents, including the (amended) agenda of the AGM, an explanation of the agenda and accompanying documents, are available on the website https://asrnl.com/investor-relations/shareholders/general-meeting.
