Change of Director ASR Pensions
Marcel van der Meulen, Director Pensions, has decided to leave ASR as per 31 December 2012. His successor will be Fleur Rieter.
Marcel van der Meulen fulfilled various director positions within ASR during the past ten years, including Chairman of the Board of Directors of SOS International and Director Occupational Disability/Health business. As Director IT, he was one of the executives responsible for the split from Fortis. Since 2011, he is Director Pensions, where he led major steps to future-proof this division. Marcel van der Meulen decided to move outside ASR to further develop his career.
Fleur Rieter (43) has been appointed Director Pensions as per 1 January 2013. She has been working with ASR as CFRO and management team member of Occupational Disability/Health business. She has many years of experience within the pension market, with previous positions at Legal & General, Zwitserleven and PwC.
